it was described (in part) as follows: "Just 105 proofs were struck
this year of which about one-third are in this grade or higher. NGC states
in their Population Report that just 6 have been graded as such, with 10
graded higher. PCGS in their Population Report notes that an even dozen
have been graded as PR-64, with 9 graded higher. This particular coin
shows minor hairlines and a tick mark or two from handling. There is an
identifying speck between and below the 92 of the date. Hazy toning on
both sides, and well frosted on the devices. Currently in NGC holder
