"1900-O was a rare coin in 1991 and has remained so
today. Often with a weak strike, this issue is very scarce in MS 65 and
above. Due to its high value, several of the coins in the pop reports are
probably resubmissions. This is one of our favorite dates in MS 64 and
below, where we seldom see it."1
