"The 1894-O is one of the most difficult dates to find in mint state.
There are only three dates with an R6 rarity, and one of these (1893/2) is
a variety. Don't try to find this coin in AU58 either, because only three
have been certified. Normally 1894-O comes with an average strike-perhaps
a little bit soft-but a very few have shown up with nice strikes. One
wonder coin is even proof-like!"
"Don't be fussy about the
1894-O. It is just too hard to come by."
